If you've been eyeing a Volvo but don't necessarily want to pay new-car money, this might be worth putting on your calendar.
Volvo Car Malaysia is opening up 80 cars from its own corporate fleet for its returning Executive Car Sales event, with prices starting from RM148,000.
And we're not talking about a collection of heavily used company cars either.
According to Volvo, mileage across the fleet is exceptionally low, with some cars showing as little as 2,000 km.
The two-day sale takes place on Oct 10 and 11 at Symphony Square in Petaling Jaya, with six Volvo nameplates represented in the selection.
TL;DR🚗 80 cars: All sourced from Volvo Car Malaysia's corporate fleet.💰 From RM148,000: Individual model prices haven't been detailed in the press release.🧭 As little as 2,000 km: Some cars in the fleet have exceptionally low mileage.🔑 Six nameplates: EX30, EC40, XC60, XC90, ES90 and EX90.📅 Oct 10-11: Symphony Square, Petaling Jaya. Only 80 cars are available, on a first-come, first-served basis. These Are Volvo's Own Corporate CarsThat's what makes this sale a little different from browsing the usual used-car listings.
The 80 vehicles come directly from Volvo Car Malaysia's corporate fleet and are being sold under the brand's Volvo Selekt Certified Used Cars programme.

Volvo hasn't provided the age and mileage of every individual vehicle, so don't assume every car has only done a few thousand kilometres.
What it has confirmed is that mileage is low across the fleet, with some units having travelled as little as 2,000 km.
The Line-Up Includes The ES90 And EX90Volvo says six nameplates will be represented in the Executive Sale:
Volvo EX30Volvo EC40Volvo XC60Volvo XC90Volvo ES90Volvo EX90The inclusion of the ES90 and EX90 is particularly interesting, given where both currently sit in Volvo's Malaysian range.
For context, Carz previously covered the Malaysian launch of the Volvo ES90, as well as the substantially updated 2026 Volvo EX90.
The Executive Sale announcement doesn't specify the model year, variant or registration date of each individual car, though, so buyers will want to check the details of the specific ES90, EX90 or other model they're interested in at the event.
About That RM148K Starting PriceIndividual Model Prices Haven't Been RevealedVolvo says prices across the Executive Sale start from RM148,000, although the press release doesn't provide the individual outright selling price for each model. That means the RM148,000 figure shouldn't automatically be attributed to the EX30, or any other particular model, until the individual cars and prices are confirmed. It also means we can't yet make a meaningful comparison between the Executive Sale price of each car and the price of buying an equivalent new Volvo.
What Volvo has provided instead are indicative monthly payments.

As always with financing offers, the monthly figure is only part of the picture. Buyers should check the applicable down payment, tenure, financing terms and actual selling price for the specific car they're considering.
So What Does 'Selekt Certified' Actually Get You?The cars aren't simply being taken out of Volvo's corporate fleet and put straight up for sale.
Volvo says each Selekt vehicle undergoes a 125-point inspection by Volvo-trained technicians, receives the latest applicable software updates and is fitted strictly with genuine Volvo parts.
There's also warranty and servicing coverage, although the amount remaining will depend on the individual vehicle.
In other words, the coverage doesn't restart when the car changes hands. How much remains will depend on the individual vehicle.
The vehicles also retain ongoing 24-hour roadside assistance and digital connectivity.
Each one comes with an active Volvo Service Plan providing a minimum of one year of complimentary servicing.
That combination could make these particularly interesting to buyers who like the potential price advantage of a used car but still value manufacturer-backed coverage.
Only 80 Cars, And It's First-Come, First-ServedHere's the catch. There are only 80 cars available across the entire two-day event, and Volvo says they're being offered strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Volvo Executive Car Sales 2026📅 Date: Oct 10-11, 2026⏰ Time: 9 AM-6 PM📍 Venue: Level 3A, Symphony Square - Menara Symphony, Petaling Jaya, Selangor🚗 Availability: 80 cars, first-come, first-servedInterested buyers can register for an appointment through Volvo Car Malaysia's Executive Sales page.
So if one of these cars has caught your attention, this probably isn't the sort of sale where we'd recommend turning up at 5:45 PM on Sunday and hoping the exact specification you wanted is still sitting there.
Is It Actually A Good Deal?Potentially. A corporate-fleet Volvo with very low mileage, Selekt certification, remaining factory warranty, service coverage and prices beginning at RM148,000 certainly sounds compelling on paper.
Whether a particular car represents good value will ultimately depend on its exact model, variant, registration date, mileage, condition, remaining warranty and asking price.
Those are the details we'd be checking before signing anything.
Still, there's something genuinely interesting about buying a low-mileage used Volvo sourced directly from Volvo Car Malaysia's own corporate fleet.
And with everything from the EX30 to the ES90 and EX90 represented, there's a much broader spread of models here than the RM148,000 starting price alone might suggest.
The One We'd Want To FindSomebody could be going home with one that's barely crossed 2,000 km.And that's probably the car in this sale we'd be most curious to see the price tag on.
