Chelsea can buy back Nathan Ake from Bournemouth for a knockdown fee, it has been revealed.

The Blues' appeal against a two-window FIFA transfer ban will be heard by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on November 20.

Half the ban was served in the summer and Chelsea may be able sign players in time for the January transfer window if CAS cuts their punishment.

Frank Lampard will be handed a 150m transfer kitty if CAS rules in favour of the Stamford Bridge outfit and will get to bid for a number of the club's top targets.

And the Telegraph reports former Chelsea defender Ake is included in Lampard's transfer list and could make for the easiest possible signing.

Chelsea can take advantage of their 40m buy-back clause in Ake's deal to bring him back to London in the New Year.
