Steven Alzate feels he has a first team chance at Brighton.
Alzate followed his first team debut, at Bristol Rovers in the Carabao Cup, by helping the youngsters win at AFC Wimbledon in the Leasings.com Trophy.
The striker told The Argus: I've been training with the first team every day and I have been involved with them, which is very nice.
I was expecting to go back on loan but, when I saw Graham Potter come in, I saw that he liked to play quite a lot of youth.
Since pre-season, I feel like I have impressed.
Not just me but a few of the other youngsters as well.
At the moment, I am in and around the first team so hopefully I get a chance soon."
