Kota Kinabalu: A heated argument broke out between Kuamut Assemblyman Datuk Masiung Banah and Lamag Assemblyman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin during the former's debate on the 2024 State Budget at the state legislative assembly, here, on Tuesday.
During the debate, Masiung raised a point about Bung's focus which instead of addressing the allotted time to discuss Lamag and its issues, had chosen to divert the topic towards Kuamut and its assemblyman.
Masiung claimed that Bung demonstrates a lack of understanding regarding the roles of the State and Federal Government, and lack the understanding regarding the jurisdiction of the State and Federal governments.
