Kota Kinabalu: Cooperation between Warisan, Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM) and Star is being strengthened at the division level, according to KDM vice-president Jumardie Lukman.
Jumardie, who is also KDM Sepanggar division chief, attended the Warisan Sepanggar Annual General Meeting (AGM) with his division leadership, while Star Karambunai leaders led by Datuk Stephen Teo were also present.
Jumardie said cooperation among local parties should continue to be strengthened at the grassroots level in addressing issues and safeguarding Sabah’s interests.
He said ties among leaders at division level were also important to ensure the cooperation could be translated into joint programmes and activities.
He said the presence of KDM and Star leaders at the Warisan Sepanggar AGM reflected the continuing ties among the three parties at the local level.
