Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring shows the deserted hospital near Balachaur in Nawanshahr and the overall poor condition of the facility.

Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring on Saturday showed live the deserted hospital near Balachaur where there were no doctors, no supporting staff and obviously no patients. He said, this was the reality of healthcare services in Punjab, much against their claims made through advertisements.

Warring accompanied by local party leader Ajay Mangupur went inside the Community Health Centre (CHC) and visited different sections. They were all deserted. People present there revealed that there is neither any doctor nor any diagnostic facility.

Later briefing reporters, Warring noted that a huge and spacious building has been turned useless. He said, this was a classic example of how the Aam Aadmi Party government had completely destroyed the health system in Punjab and still they had the audacity of claiming a special “health model".

Quoting the local residents, the president disclosed that before the AAP government took over, there used to be a regular doctor and regular gynaecologist posted in the CHC. But after the AAP took over, everything vanished.

“This reality of the AAP government’s lies as to how it has completely destroyed the healthcare system in Punjab", Warring said, while going live on his social media page. He said he wanted to show the actual state of the healthcare system in Punjab.

Warring also announced that in the coming days, he will be visiting various other health and educational facilities which have collapsed under the AAP regime. “We will expose their true face", he declared while adding, “they will stand completely exposed".
