"The victims were brought ashore by members of the public. A 17-year-old male victim, who is also a person with disabilities (OKU), regained consciousness and was taken to the hospital by the Emergency Medical Response Services (EMRS) team," Sayani said.

She added, "Another victim, a 34-year-old woman, received cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) before being handed over to medical personnel for further treatment."

According to Sayani, the operation, led by the Head of the Seri Manjung Fire and Rescue Station, Suhaimy Mohd. Suhail, and the operations officer, Ismadi Darusman, concluded at 12:15 PM.

Always bear in mind that when engaging in water activities, wearing a life jacket is essential. If the boat crew doesn't provide one, it's best to avoid boarding the vessel.
