Barcelona president Joan Laporta has conceded to a fan he expects Jules Kounde to join Chelsea.
When the Catalan chief was asked whether the club were close to signing the Frenchman by a fan in Las Vegas - Laporta claimed the Blues had got there first.
When asked by a Barcelona supporter whether the club were going to sign Kounde, the president replied: "No, he is going to sign for Chelsea."
