A preview clip from Tuesday night's (24 October) episode appears to show Henry and Jordan embracing.
The footage comes after the lawyer appeared to flirt with housemate Matty in front of his food writer “husband."
During the kiss, Jordan is heard to say: "We can’t kiss on camera, sorry," before they appear to share an intimate moment.
"The love triangle forming between Jordan, Henry and Matty just got seriously intense and awkward," one fan commented on X/Twitter.
