A dead Marvel superhero has been spotted by eagle-eyed fans in the new Deadpool and Wolverine trailer.
Starring actor and Wrexham owner Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, the trailer, released on Monday (22 April, shows Wolverine teaming up with Deadpool, who has been recruited for a mission by the Time Variance Authority, seen in television series Loki.
One particular shot, showing a giant version of Ant-Man’s helmet opening up to reveal a skull, appears to show Cassandra Nova, the evil twin of X-men leader Charles Xavier, using the corpse to set up her headquarters.
The film will be released on 26 July 2024.
