A TikTok video by user @thenshijin went viral after he expressed his dissatisfaction with DBKL's parking enforcement.
In the video, he recounts how his Perodua Bezza was clamped for unlawful parking, while a nearby Range Rover, which was also parked illegally, was unaffected.
When he asked a DBKL officer why the fancy car was not clamped, the officer allegedly kept mute.
DBKL has yet to issue a statement.
