A TikTok video by Farid (@faridbunz) went viral after he was seen assisting a starving dog reported to have been abandoned in an empty house in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru.

Concerned for the dog's well-being, Farid returned after noting its deteriorating health and purchased chicken to feed it, despite the fact that the dog appeared confined within the house.

In the caption, Farid stated his conviction that animals deserve affection as well, saying, "They are living creatures." A neighbour later reacted, stating that the dog was cared for by the owner's grandchildren and that the owner had unfortunately died.
