This revelation came to light when Leona posted a TikTok video with the caption "My heart when my best friend got with my ex after we broke up." In a YouTube video posted by Cupcake Aisyah, she showcased Leona's ex-boyfriend visiting her with a Rolex watch, which she later wore.

The next day, when she met up with friends, including Leona, and displayed the watch, she mentioned to Leona how her ex-boyfriend was at her place the night before, which had left Leona stunned, as she had no knowledge of the events.

Cupcake Aisyah faced backlash for being perceived as two-faced and a liar, with some even making derogatory comments about her family. In response, Cupcake Aisyah's mother, Sue Razip, came forward to defend her daughter on Instagram stories.

She emphasized that there are two sides to every story and urged everyone not to judge hastily. Sue Razip clarified that her daughter was not in a relationship with Leona's ex-boyfriend. Despite her defence, Cupcake Aisyah continued to face public scrutiny, prompting Sue Razip to announce legal action against netizens making extreme and harsh comments.

She shared a picture in front of a police station, suggesting she might have filed a police report. While this unfolded, Leona posted TikTok videos showcasing her life in the UK, with supportive comments from her followers.

Cupcake Aisyah, on the other hand, announced on social media that she would be taking a break due to the situation being blown out of proportion, leading to attacks on her family members. She clarified that she was never in a relationship with Leona's ex-boyfriend. She explained that they became friends after the couple's breakup in 2022, and both had sought comfort individually from her.

The YouTuber also highlighted that she never took sides and, out of respect for her friendship with Leona, ceased pursuing anything beyond friendship with him. Regarding the Rolex video, Cupcake Aisyah claimed it was taken out of context. She asserted that she purchased the watch herself and the ex-boyfriend's involvement was solely due to his connections, helping her fulfil her dream of buying a Rolex.

She emphasized the innocence of the meetup, as her entire family was present, and clarified that there was no hidden agenda behind asking him to assist her in putting on the watch.
