Watch: Mama bear charges at car as cubs cross the road

A bear and cub charged at a car in Japan, footage released by police shows.

The driver was travelling through Bifuka Town, Hokkaido, on 29 September, when the animals approached her vehicle.

She said that the bigger bear charged at her car three times.

The driver was reportedly uninjured, but one of the bears scratched the front of her car with its claws and a hole was left in the vehicle.

Dashcam footage shows the bears approaching the car multiple times and crashing into it.
