A dramatic accident unfolded in Kampung Sokor Kok Lanas, Kota Bharu, Kelantan on Monday, with a passenger being ejected from a vehicle involved in the crash. The incident was captured on a nearby closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera.
The CCTV footage depicts a Perodua Kancil car in the left lane attempting to switch lanes into the right lane, which had come to a stop at a red traffic light. Simultaneously, another vehicle in the Kancil car's lane was moving slowly. Despite this, the Kancil car proceeded to make a right turn, even though the oncoming traffic had a green light.
This decision led to a collision with the oncoming vehicle, resulting in a forceful impact that ejected a passenger seated in the back through the car's rear door. The driver of the Kancil car quickly exited the vehicle in a state of panic to check on the fallen passenger.
