The Terengganu Contingent Police are conducting a detailed investigation following the viral video showing a man driving a v white Proton Gen 2 while holding an object resembling a gun. The video, which is 37 seconds long, was reported to have been recorded on Jalan Sultan Mahmud.
Kuala Terengganu District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner ACP Azli Mohd Noor, confirmed that the police received a report about the incident around 4:00 PM yesterday.
In a statement, ACP Azli confirmed that the police have received two reports related to the video. He also clarified that the incident is not connected to any kidnapping.
"The public is advised not to make any assumptions about the incident until our investigation is concluded," ACP Azli emphasized.
