Real Betis great Joaquin has announced he will retire at the end of the season.
The 41 year-old midfielder declared today he will be hanging up the boots at the end of this campaign.
Joaquin said: "For 23 years, I have tried to make my football an art and to be remembered from generation to generation. Now all that remains is to hang up my boots, my art."
With that message, the man from Cdiz announced that he will be leaving professional football at the end of the season.
