You know what’s worse than cockroaches? Flying cockroaches! And also did you know that a cockroach can live without its head for up to 2 weeks?! Its neck would seal itself by clotting, so it won’t bleed out. This is even more horrifying than a horror flick!

And when 1 appears in your house, it’s so leceh to catch them, especially since these pests are getting smarter these days. And when everyone at home is afraid of this pesky pest, it doesn’t help as well!

Just recently, on her TikTok account @peilinohmytian, Catherine shared her terrifying but hilarious experience of trying to eliminate a cockroach in the kitchen with her boyfriend.

The clip starts with a dramatic music to mark the “entrance” of the cockroach that is comfortably resting on the cabinet.

“This one confirm fly one”, Catherine predicted calmly.

Her boyfriend, who was ready with the repellent spray noticed the pest near his bottle, which concerned him even more. When he finally took a few steps and kill the cockroach, Catherine asked if they should cover themselves with a blanket before they continued their “mission” to eliminate the target.

“No no no. There’s no point”, he said with his eyes still locking in on the target.

This time, the man was ready.

He “reloaded” the weapon by shaking the repellent can and spraying it onto the insect from a distance, but the cockroach managed to get nearer to his bottle. The bottle fell, so did the cockroach, and Catherine’s boyfriend jumped a little.

We’re not judging. We would definitely act that way too in the situation!

With the cockroach now on the ground, weak and trying to escape, the man went in for the ultimate kill by continuously spraying the repellent onto the cockroach until it stopped moving.

“So fast die?” Catherine was still skeptical.

The clip ended with a calming Buddhism music, signifying the peace after the death of the insect.

“The bottle is dead too”

In the meantime, netizens shared their thoughts about the experience and aside from the death of the cockroach, some of them also “mourned” the death of the man’s bottle.
