Watch sea drones strike Russian Olympic city’s port in Ukraine’s Black Sea blockade

A sea drone was used to strike a Russian Olympic city’s port as part of Ukraine's Black Sea blockade.

Footage posted online showed speedboats rushing towards Russian forces in September before a huge fireball erupted in Sochi.

On 3 September, the Ukrainian Navy announced on social media that it had struck the Russian multi-purpose supply vessel NEFRIT in Sochi Port using an unmanned sea boat of the Naval Forces.

The Navy said NEFRIT is “an element of the Russian maritime and energy infrastructure, which provided oil and gas operations, serviced offshore facilities, transported cargo and personnel, and performed underwater technical work.”
