Saturday Night Live UK poked fun at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as well as new prime minister Andy Burnham in its latest sketch.
The sketch comedy show, which returned for its second season, targeted Prince Harry and Meghan and their move back to the UK during Saturday (12 September) evening’s broadcast.
The sketch opened with the couple, starring Jack Shep and Ayoade Bamgboye, visiting Balmoral to visit the King and Queen, portrayed by Larry Dean and Emma Sidi. King Charles joked about their visit, telling them that castle was for the “royals only”.
As Prince Harry explained that he “doesn’t want to be a regular guy”, Andy Burnham, who became the prime minister in July, walked through the door.
Several jokes were then directed at Mr Burnham, who was portrayed by cast member George Fouracres.
