Rescuers are currently working around the clock to find trapped victims underneath the rubbles, including evacuating survivors to safety.

The sheer scale of the earthquake was believed to have been so severe, that tremors were felt 600 miles away in Bangkok, Thailand. As a result, an under-construction skyscraper suffered total collapse.

In a harrowing video shared on TikTok, medical personnel in Thailand were seen going above and beyond to evacuate patients outside the hospital perimeter, in fear of collapse.

Newborns were bundled up and and wheeled out to safety outside the building in cribs and beds, where doctors and nurses worked tirelessly to protect them from the heat.

Medical personnel also rushed to save the elderly and bedridden patients, as scenes from the hospital compounds showed moments of panic.

Amidst the devastation, the frontliners’ unwavering dedication in saving lives has touched many.

Our thoughts and prayers to Myanmar and Thailand.
