Kota Kinabalu: Several videos of motorboats designed like sports cars including the famous Ferrari have recently been making the rounds on social media.

The videos were believed to have been shot in Semporna. In one of the videos, the filmer video claims the boats were bought from China for tourist attraction.

A check on the Internet found that several China-based companies offer similar boats between US$10,000 and US$69,000 per unit.

It was also understood that the relevant agencies are looking into the matter and are in the process of tracing the owners.
