PENAMPANG: Flood victims around Penampang have gone to social media to air their plights and frustration.
They said they are hit by water disruptions, making cleaning the affected houses, cooking and bathing difficult.
Linah Osmond shared in the Penampang Voices community page that Kg Inobong, where she lives, has been without water for three days.
“We are not asking for food or supply assistance but please, let us have water,” she said.
