Nottingham Forest are closing a deal for Watford striker Emmanuel Dennis.
Forest have had an offer for the Nigeria international accepted by the Hornets.
The Athletic says a fee in the region of £20m has been accepted by Watford for the transfer of Dennis to Nottingham Forest.
Final negotiations are ongoing but personal terms are not expected to be issue for the 24-year-old Nigeria international.
Dennis moved to Watford a year ago from Club Brugge.
