Watford are set to snap up former Arsenal midfielder Luigi Gaspar.
Gaspar is the son of Arsenal technical director Edu and rejected a new contract offer to seek a senior move away.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports Gaspar will join Watford, whose training ground is situated next to Arsenal's.
Gaspar will officially leave Arsenal at the end of June following the expiry of his scholarship contract. He isn't expected to warrant any compensation fee.
Much of the 18-year-old's time at Arsenal was marred by injury. He made one appearance for the U23s and featured eleven times for the U18s.
