Wan Fayhsal ready to unveil more “lies” by the Madani government!
Fresh from accusing home minister Saifuddin Nasution of bohong (lying) for allegedly “hiding” the royal addendum that would have allowed disgraced ex-prime minister Najib Razak to be granted house arrest, outspoken Machang MP Wan Ahmad Fayhsal has trained his guns once again at the unity government!
In a video uploaded to his popular Facebook account he seemed to take pride in reminding viewers that he was the “first one to expose” the Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) “takeover” controversy involving Jewish-linked investment giant BlackRock; he also recalled how DAP chief Anthony Loke who is also the transport minister had “lied” to him in parliament last year about the MAHB privatisation “scandal.”
He stressed that he had raised his suspicion back then that there could be elements of fraud and even criminal breach of trust in the deal in addition to the question of morals and ethics as it involves an asset of the country to be “partly-owned” by a pro-Zionist entity.
“Exposed!” Five MAHB directors terminated for opposing the deal with BlackRock…?
Now, he has fired another salvo after claiming that he has received some khabar (news) that five directors of MAHB have been dismissed for probably opposing the privatisation exercise; unsurprisingly, he did not specify the source of the information.
The Machang MP then went on to warn Anwar’s Madani government that he and his comrades will go all out to nail the culprits responsible for the scandal; he further vowed that he will urge the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to conduct a thorough probe into the controversial privatisation exercise and will make sure that the deal is revoked!
The newly-minted Bersatu supreme council member also roasted” Anwar's unity government for always “concealing” the truth and passing the buck to others; according to him, one classic example was the hoo-ha over the royal addendum issue where it was revealed by Anwar recently that it was actually sent to the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) - which had then redirected it to the new king.
However, as for his most recent “expose” last Wednesday (Jan 15), it was reported that contrary to what Wan Fayhsal had claimed, the five independent directors of MAHB have not been terminated; the report further affirmed that they were not contracted but appointed, and that they shall continue to serve on the board.
So, has the Bersatu MP's latest revelation on MAHB turned out to be false news?
Incidentally, regarding his earlier claim that home minister Saifuddin Nasution had “lied” in parliament by dismissing the royal addendum as “hearsay”, actually the latter had based it on what the High Court judge had ruled earlier; this is because at that point of time, the case had not reached the Appeals Court, and furthermore, the Pahang Palace had not yet produced the letter confirming the royal decree. So, without any proof, didn't Fayhsal jump the gun?

Note: The last time he brandished a “letter” in parliament… wasn't he suspended for six months?
Meanwhile, coming back to Wan Fayhsal’s continued attacks on the unity government concerning the MAHB privatisation deal, he has claimed that this time he has all the “documents” to argue his case; he has also vowed to fight not just for “race, religion and country”, but also for all the citizens of this land including the Chinese, Indians, Kadazans, Dusuns and others!
