Kota Kinabalu: Heads of Department are urged to be fit and be an example to their subordinates by practising a healthy lifestyle.

Minister of Community Development and People’s Well-being, Datuk James Ratib said that physical, mental and emotional health must be promoted.

“The aspect of ‘leadership by example’ should be present in cultivating and promoting health care and a healthy lifestyle through exercise,” he said, when officiating the KPMKR Aerobics Programme at the Lobby of Wisma Tun Fuad Stephens, on Saturday. James and others participated in the senamrobik programme

He said the aerobics session would be held at the ministry every Monday from 4pm to 5pm.
