TAWAU: The Welfare Department here is looking for the biological mother or next-of-kin of Sofea Jasmin (pic) who was abandoned at the Tawau Hospital after being born on October 23 last year.
The girl was brought to the ward for ventilation and monitoring, but neither her biological mother nor her next of kin visited her while she was receiving treatment.
