2. Senior Citizens (Without Spouse)
- Age 60 and above

3. Singles
- Age 21–59 years old
- OKU singles aged 19–59
- Maximum benefit: RM75
However, beneficiaries must confirm that they are not receiving similar healthcare benefits from employers, state governments, or other medical schemes.

Skim Perubatan MADANI focuses on acute primary care services, meaning treatment for sudden and minor health problems.

- Sprains and muscle strains

These services can be obtained free of charge at participating private clinics.
What Is NOT Covered?
The scheme does not include routine or preventive healthcare services, such as:
- Vaccinations
- Health screenings
- Chronic disease follow-ups (NCD monitoring)
- Pregnancy check-ups
- Family planning services
- Rehabilitation referrals
- Medication requests without consultation
- Supplements requests

How to Get Treatment Under Skim Perubatan MADANI
The process is simple and quick.
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
Confirm your eligibility through the official website or via the MySejahtera application. You may check it here by using your ID Number - Eligibility Check (STR 2025 Phase 4 – Data Updated as of 1 January 2026)
Step 2: Visit a Registered Clinic
Go to a GP clinic displaying the Skim Perubatan MADANI sticker. Bring your IC or identification document.
