However, wellness isn't about radical overhauls; it's about the small, intentional choices we make every single day. You don't need an intense two hour gym session to stay healthy. This march, focus on consistency over intensity. Aim for 30 minutes of activity that you actually enjoy, be it a brisk walk in the park, a restorative yoga flow, or a quick HIIT session at home. The goal is to get your blood pumping and your endorphins flowing.
