SABAH FC crashed out of the Malaysia Cup following the 1-2 defeat to Sri Pahang FC in the semi-final return leg held at the Temerloh Municipal Council Stadium last Sunday.

The total aggregate score was 3-2 in favour of Sri Pahang FC after the 1-1 draw in the first leg encounter at Likas Stadium.

AdvertisementWhat a sad end to our campaign in the Malaysia Cup as we came so close to reach the final after more than two decades.

In my opinion, the game was quite a drab affair. Sabah FC seemed to have lost the direction whilst Sri Pahang FC were more aggressive and they played a better game on the night.
