West Brom goalkeeper Josh Griffiths is interesting Newcastle United.

Newcastle chief Dan Ashworth is aware of the England U21 international having seen him up close when in charge of the Baggies.
Griffiths could compete for a game with the Geordies or get loaned out.
The 21 year-old has had loan stints with Portsmouth, Lincoln and Cheltenham while with WBA.
