West Ham United youngster George Earthy underwent an assessment at a hospital yesterday.
The midfielder had to come off in the Hammers' 2-0 loss to Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday.
Earthy, who had come on as a second half substitute for his Premier League debut, suffered a head injury.
Manager David Moyes stated post-game: George has suffered a head injury.
He's awake and has been taken to hospital for further assessment."
The club are yet to issue a further update regarding Earthy's condition after the assessment.
