West Ham boss David Moyes has delivered a positive update on George Earthy.
The midfielder was forced off a taken to hospital after suffering a head injury in defeat to Fulham.
Earthy has since been discharged and is in good shape, reports Moyes.
"He's great," said Moyes. "He was in the other day. He looks fine, but he's going through the [concussion] protocols.
"He won't be available on Sunday."
