Teenage Vasco da Gama striker Rayan Vitor is attracting Premier League interest.
TMW says West Ham and Newcastle are both keen on the 16 year-old prospect.
Rayan leads Brazil's U17 team and can move to Europe when he turns 18 in August 2024.
West Ham and Newcastle want to sign Rayan immediately, loan him back to Vasco, before bringing him to England next year.
