West Ham United are insisting Declan Rice is not for sale.
Chelsea are attempting to open talks with West Ham for the England midfielder.
Football.London says the Hammers have kept a stern resolve when it comes to hanging on to Rice and they have long insisted that the 23-year-old will not be sold for anything less than their £150million asking price.
Chelsea remain interested in Rice, but the Hammers are 'adamant' he is not for sale.
They also reported the England international is unsure about signing a contract extension as he considers a future away from the London Stadium.
Rice does have links with the Blues after joining their academy as a seven year-old. He became a Hammer at the age of 14 after Chelsea released him.
