Just hours before his teammates were being beaten by Brighton, Sancho was seen watching United's U18s as they played Nottingham Forest.
Sancho has been ordered to train away from senior squad until he apologises to manager Erik ten Hag for criticising him online.
At Carrington, Sancho sported a casual look as he wore a hoodie on the touchline to watch United's youngsters in action.
He will continue to work away from the senior squad until an apology is made.
