HYATT Regency Associate Director of Sales, Kenix Ng, was looking at the return on investment (ROI) in her effort to promote the hotel to Korean tour and travel agents.
Although Hyatt Regency is a reputable hotel, she contended that there is still a need to create awareness of its existence to potential clients.
“It has a strategic location in the heart of KK City, and is within walking distance to destinations like shopping malls, restaurants, banks and the KK Jetty.
“Moreover, we have all the facilities to cater for Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition (MICE) events,” said Ng when met at the roadshow.
I-World Travel & Tours has achieved its objective of participating in the roadshow, according to its Executive Manager Ashley Voo.
“We were able to network with agents and promote our packages to them during the seminar and business-to-business (B2B) sessions. We take the golden opportunity to reach out to the free independent traveller (FIT) segment and get to know new agents in the hope of expanding our market share in South Korea,” she said.
