- Parts of the US and Canada will get to witness the celestial experience as a sliver of Moon passes in front of the Sun.
- The eclipse is expected to peak on the US East Coast at around 1:54 p.m. ET, according to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and end at around 2:30 p.m.
- New York City will begin to see the partial eclipse at 1:07 p.m. and it will peak at 1:54 p.m. before ending at 2:38 p.m., according to a list by Nasa.
