  • Russian president Vladimir Putin has reportedly ordered his military to plan new offensive operations aimed at capturing Kyiv, according to Ukraine’s commander-in-chief Oleksandr Syrskyi.
  • Syrskyi indicated potential scenarios include offensives launched from Belarusian territory towards the Ukrainian capital.
  • He added that a strike from Russia's Bryansk region towards Ukraine’s Chernihiv region is considered the most probable scenario.
  • Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that Ukraine struck a satellite centre in the Moscow region for the second time.
