Most of the time, they show up as waterspouts or landspouts. Luckily, it’s not as fierce as those in ‘Tornado Alley’. They are smaller and shorter-lived, but they can still pack a punch. So people, it is best to stay alert.

Over the years, tornadoes have been quietly making their subtle mark in Malaysia. These deadly twisters will appear in a heartbeat and vanish in a breath. Just like a ghost! While brief, the impact can still be severe in some cases.

The latest incident happened on October 15, 2025, in Sijangkang, Kuala Langat. Upon seeing the gigantic tornado, residents were left shocked. Many shared their experiences on social media, describing how the swirling winds lifted rooftops and scattered debris across the area. In only a few seconds, massive destruction can be seen.
