Kota Kinabalu: Incidences of pupils risking their lives while crossing rivers to attend school as exposed in a viral video in Tulid, Keningau, will not arise if civil servants are doing what is expected of them.

“We have so many civil servants whose monthly salaries are paid in full. If they were really doing their jobs, the matter should have been remedied a long time ago.

Sometimes small problems like these can be fixed but we wait for it to go viral first and then people start blaming the Government,“ said State Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.
