I was very frustrated with government agencies for their lackadaisical attitude. You send an email, and they don’t even acknowledge it. There was another issue pondering in my mind about how ordinary people must undergo tremendous daily challenges, an example is government hospital long waiting hours, appointments to see doctors for 8-12 months, and many more.

At first, I hesitated and even rejected the idea of sharing my thoughts.
