- Love Island host Maya Jama was selected as the first Traitor excitedly declaring that she was now in her “villain era”.
- Next was much-loved actor Richard E Grant, who seemed ecstatic about the news, so much so that he soon started telling the other contestants, in a questionable tactic.
- However, there was a twist with Claudia revealed to the cast that the Traitors line-up wasn’t complete yet and another will be added to the mix once the first murder has happened.
- Once Maya and Richard’s identities are uncloaked to each other, Claudia informs them that tomorrow they’ll be able to pick the third Traitor for themselves by inviting two celebrities to make the case to join them in the turret. The celebrity who isn’t chosen will be murdered.
- The episode ends on a cliffhanger after Richard and Maya choose comedian James Acaster and journalist Amol Rajan as their potential third Traitor with the decision being unveiled on Friday.
