HI everybody, we’re back! This week we are going to talk about the enforcement of the Sabah Animal Welfare Enactment 2015 (Sawe).
The only way for the Sabah Animal Welfare Enactment 2015 (Sawe) to be successful is if Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinari Sabah/Department of Veterinary Services Sabah (DVS) enforces it.
There is no point making any rules and regulations for the protection of animals when they are not enforced at all. These laws are made to protect the animals not humans!
