Kota Kinabalu: Parti Kerjasama Anak Negeri (PKAN) intended to file a court case on the state’s 40pc revenue entitlement following the recent withdrawal of the case by 12 Sabah PH leaders.

However, its President Datuk Henrynus Amin claimed it decided against it after being briefed by SLS Chairman Datuk Roger Chin and two other SLS senior lawyers on the matter that the Sabah Law Society suit is solid and covered most of the issues.

Describing the case as the mother of all legal battles, he said in a statement that PKAN would help by raising public awareness and mobilising public support.

He said the party would, instead, help SLS to raise public awareness and mobilise public support for the case in all the 22 districts statewide.
