The battle to become the new voice of Boston’s Logan International Airport has been whittled down to eight finalists who now face a public vote.
The transport hub selects a resident from Massachusetts to read announcements in the distinctive local dialect and 5,200 entered the contest.
Now it is down to eight, including a public school teacher, a law student and a boxer, with the public facing the wicked hard choice of picking the winner.
Voting begins on October 24 at voiceoflogan.com and the winner will be announced on November 5.
