BILD says Kane's wife and family members have been in Germany over recent days house-hunting.
Kane agreed personal terms with Bayern some weeks ago and will not consider new contract talks with Spurs.
After having a 70m offer rejected last week, Bayern are to return in the coming days with a new bid.
And while Kane is currently in Thailand preparing for Sunday's friendly with Leicester City, wife Kate has already been looking at properties in Munich.
