From cutting back on gold and destination weddings to skipping overseas trips and choosing carpools or the metro, PM Narendra Modi shared several tips to help India tackle the global gas crisis. However, the appeal that struck a chord with many — was the idea of switching back to work from home. Even Sudha Murty went on to welcome the PM’s ideas on social media.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Sudha Murty, the wife of Infosys founder Narayana Murthy, shared how she backs PM Modi for his suggestions to citizens regarding the ‘judicial use of fuel’ and the ‘adoption of virtual meetings’. “I welcome our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji’s suggestion to citizens regarding the judicial use of fuel and the adoption of virtual meetings whenever possible,” the post read.

She further highlighted: “In light of the current supply chain disruptions caused by the West Asia crisis, such steps are important for our nation’s resilience.”

But here’s the twist.

In no time netizens began to point out how the post was missing a “clear mention of Work From Home”, along with asking if “Infosys is planning to switch back to WFH”.

“Infosys employees looking for wfh word,” a user said. “You missed the ‘Work From Home’ suggestion given by our PM. Should have tweeted over that too,” added another person in the comments.
