1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all Malaysian residents with a valid MyKad and address in Malaysia. Participants under the age of 18 as of 1 January 2025 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Price Guide Sdn. Bhd. are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period
The giveaway entry period will end on 20 March 2025, 11:59PM. All entries must be submitted within this period to be eligible. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
a. Participants must complete all entry requirements as outlined in the giveaway post.
b. Entries must comply with applicable laws and regulations. They must not contain content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
c. Fraudulent, incomplete, or invalid entries will be disqualified.
4. Winner Selection
a. All eligible submissions will be reviewed to ensure they meet the giveaway requirements.
b. The winner will be selected randomly from the valid entries.
c. The prize will be awarded to the winner chosen through the random selection process.
5. Notification of Winner(s)
Winner(s) will be notified via direct message or will be tagged on an announcement post. Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize and provide the required details (e.g., delivery address) within 48 hours. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prizes
The prize for this giveaway is the Anker Mach Vacuum V1 Ultra. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
7. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered to the winner within 60 working days after confirmation of acceptance. The Organiser is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during delivery.
